Cap and Trade is a mechanism by which the fraud of climate change will be used to generate enormous tax revenues for the government and monumental profits for the private owners of the “carbon exhange” required to redistribute “carbon credits” amongst “carbon emitters”.  It will also require energy costs “necessarily skyrocket”.  Driving employers out of business as well as leaving ordinary citizens unable to pay their utlitly bills. Cap & Trade is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and a job killer.  I am opposed to Cap & Trade!
